Halloween is one of our favorite times to get creative, and this year we started a growing collection of Halloween toilet paper roll crafts. They’re easy, budget-friendly, and perfect for toddlers, preschoolers, and even big kids. My son loved making them – especially the grumpy cat, the monster, and the alien he crafted with his dad.
